| Clubhouse |
The clubhouse is available to all residents in good standing for your events, parties, and other functions. You need to have an agreement for use signed, along with a personal check in the amount of $100.00 for a security deposit. This is not deposited, but upon completion of the cleanup check list, and checkout, it is returned to you by one of the Association's Representitives.
The Clubhouse has full kitchen, AC, Tables, Chairs, and Restroom Facilities. Both the Clubhouse and *Pool are available to resident private use.
