Current Ammenities
Pool- Currently the pool size is a 154,000 gal pool. the pool itself is open to all residents in good standing, and those who have purchased the right to use the facility. Pool opens the last weekend of May, which is typically Memorial Day and remains open on weekends only until Klein ISD releases for the summer. Then the pool is open Tuesday thru Saturday 11am to 8pm and Sunday 12pm to 8pm. Swim Team uses the pool from April until late June to early July. You can have your children learn to swim, or have your child in swim team by clicking here.
Club House- The clubhouse is available to residents in good standing, for any private parties, events, and gatherings. Typically open with a signed agreement, and $100.00 deposit. Once your done and the facility is checked out, and nothing is needed to be done such as cleaning, repairs, replacing of items that were broken during the course of the event, your deposit is refunded.
Tennis Courts- This ammenity is open to all residents. No key is required but ID showing your address is. Open 7 days week, it opens at dawn, and closes at 10pm.
Park- The park is open from dawn to 10pm. Parental supervision is required for all children under the age of 12, and you must have a valid ID with your address shown on it or current year's pool tags.
