Willow Forest was established in 1975 as a "Custom Built" community with 565 homes, large common areas includes a community park, tennis court, pool, nature trail, clubhouse, and coming soon, jogging trail, and second park area on Creek Willow Dr, and expanded park area of 3.2 acres.

Meeting Times Changed: Meetings are now back to the original Third Thursday of every month at 7pm.
Management Change: Willow Forest has terminated Real Manage for poor performance, and numerous breach issues within the management contract. During the termination proceedings, negotiations were held with Sterling ASI. Upon bid requests, Sterling was resigned as Manager of Willow Forest Homes Association Inc. Their Contact number is 281-447-3388. During Transision, we are working with Sterling to facilitate a clean and easy transition for all involved. We welcome back Sterling to the Willow Forest Family.
2010 Annual Assessments: Annual Assessements for 2010 were set in August 2009 meeting of the Board Of Directors. Citing current economic reasons, all assessments for 2010 are $405.00 and we are offering payment plans starting October and ending no later then January 31, 2010. It is also worth mentioning, that Willow Forest Homes Association Inc., CANNOT get assessment payment via Escrow. Your Mortgage company will not send payment or should they facilitate collection of Home Owner Assessments. Please make sure your payment is in to management no later then January 31, 2010.
